Head of works on the MCF Academy, Raúl Santos explains that works are “advancing well and quickly on the stands. In regard to dates, in the short-term, the entire structure should be finalised, and we can have the entire masonry phase underway. This will allow a quick change to be seen, since we’ll be able to carry out this stage in different areas simultaneously”.

“We’re now heading into a phase that is undertaken in a very flexible way, so we’ll rapidly see a major change in the works. You can already see the buildings are closed, with the rooms defined; and we can now begin working on the facilities, which is one of the most important stages of the works”, affirms Santos.

The buildings have the same priority, to be undertaken simultaneously. The main building will undergo more intensive works in the near future, and in approximately a month and a half, lower masonry work will begin.
