The knockout single match format in the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final pits the eight best national youth teams against each other in an exciting tournament.
The XXIV Copa de Campeones kicks off on Monday, and like every year, brings together the eight best ‘juvenil’ squads in Spain. The champions of the seven División de Honor groups and the best second-placed side will face each other in one-match knockout rounds in less than a week.
The RFEF chose the Castilla-La Mancha municipalities of Ciudad Real and Puertollano to host the competition, now in its 24th edition, dividing the matches between both cities. The format is knockout matches including four quarter-finals, two semi-finals and one final, which makes each game particularly attractive.
