Video, preventive work and exercises with the ball during Wednesday’s training session
Málaga CF returned to training this morning at the Ciudad de Málaga, welcoming the visit of two homegrown Malagueños and Malaguistas; Juanmi and Portillo, Real Sociedad and Getafe CF players, who greeted and encouraged the team.
Another warm training session this morning with Ontiveros back in group training, whilst Iván Alejo underwent continuous running outside the group. Seleznov, Erik Morán and Brezancic remained in the gym to undergo therapeutic treatment. Like on previous days, the striker and midfielder complemented their recovery on the pitch alongside physical trainer, Manu Gestoso.
Víctor Sánchez del Amo’s men kicked off the session at 10am with a video viewing, physical training in the stadium’s interior galleries and, subsequently, various exercises with the ball on the pitch.
Reserve team players, Harper, Keidi, Iván Rodríguez and Hicham were in training with the first team again today. Watching the session this morning were homegrown players, Juanmi Jiménez and Francisco Portillo. The forward and midfielder, trained in the MCF Academy, are now on summer holiday following the end of the First Division, and made the most of the time to visit and encourage the team.
Tomorrow, Thursday from 10am, Málaga Club de Fútbol will resume training at the Ciudad de Málaga stadium.
