Two-hour training session this Friday morning

The Malaguista first team was in training this Friday morning at the Ciudad de Málaga stadium. The penultimate session of the week before the first friendly of the pre-season against Algeciras.

Juande Ramos’ team alternated between physical exercise and ball work over the two-hour session.  Cifu was absent from the group, with the Club’s permission.  Tighadouini underwent specific exercises, under the instruction of fitness trainer, Hugo Camarero.

Tomorrow, Saturday from 09:00, Málaga CF will resume training at the Ciudad de Málaga stadium.  At 17:45 the team will travel to Algeciras by coach, and then at 21:00, the preparation match against Algeciras CF at the Nuevo Mirador will kick off.
