Twenty three players were present in Manuel Pellegrini’s training session today, amongst them, goalkeepers, Rubén, Pol and Kameni, who worked with coach, Xabi Mancisidor. Juanmi was also back in training, after his absence yesterday, due to training with the national Under-19’s team. The session got underway with initial warm-ups, a practice match, followed by attack and defence work.
Joaquín had a less intense session than his team mates, undergoing the second part of his specific training. Toulalan, Willy Caballero and Baptista remained in La Rosaleda’s gym.
Málaga’s first team returns to training tomorrow, Friday 27th April, at the Ciudad de Málaga stadium, the penultimate session of the week before their League match against Valencia.
