Thrilling weekend ahead for the Infantiles and Cadetes
The Infantil A is seeking the Andalusian Club Championship in Villanueva del Trabuco. On an international level, MCF’s Cadetes from 2004 are in Prague taking part in the Slavia International Cup 2019.
Infantil
Dani Medina (above image) will be trying to emulate the Alevín 2ª Andaluza, who won the Andalusian Championship last week in Torrox. The Blue and Whites, Group 2 league champions, are fighting for the title against Sevilla FC, Real Betis Balompié and Granada CF. The Green and Whites are Málaga CF’s rival in the semi-finals.
The ‘El Saladillo’ Municipal Stadium - artificial pitch - in Villanueva del Trabuco, an inland municipality in the province, is hosting the exciting final phase of the competition with the following match schedule:
Friday 17th May
17:30 – MÁLAGA CF - Real Betis Balompié
19:15 – Sevilla FC - Granada CF
Saturday 18th May
18:00 – 3rd and 4th place
19:45 – Final
Cadete
The MCF Academy still has representation overseas, and this time around it’s an Under-15 Cadete team in action. Málaga CF is participating in the Slavia International Cup taking place between 17th and 19th May in the Czech Republic capital of Prague.
In Group B of the competition, the Malaguista rivals are China’s national team, Tottenham Hotspur FC and NK Lokomotiva Zagreb. Group A is made up of local side, SK Slavia Prague, Sanfrecce Hiroshima FC, Juventus de Turín and Beijing FC.
