Málaga CF returned to training on Thursday at La Rosaleda. As on previous days, up to nine homegrown players with numbers higher than '25' were in training on the main Martiricos pitch today.
Sergio Pellicer’s men stepped on to the pitch at 10:30 this morning. A warm-up, technical work with the ball, rounds in groups, crosses and shots on goal, mini matches and stretching exercises were the focus of today’s session.
There were 28 players in training under the coach’s orders today, 19 professional and nine homegrown players. With no changes in the infirmary, injured Lago Junior, Delmás and Ramón underwent recovery treatment outside the group. Reserve team player Haitam stepped on to the pitch, alternating between continuous running and specific work with the ball, under the supervision of Toni Tapia.
Goalkeepers Arturo (new) and Carlos López along with players Bilal, Moussa, Cristian, Rafa, Jesús Martín, Álex Calvo and Loren were in first team training today.
Tomorrow, Friday at 10:30, the final training session will get underway at La Rosaleda before #MálagaIbiza on Saturday (18:30).
