The MBC heads to Mollina for Christmas

After missing out for two years due to the pandemic, The MBC enjoyed a family reunion at La Rosaleda last Christmas. This year the business club moved to Mollina, where the members had lunch together and toasted the festive season and a prosperous and hopeful new year.

As well as the members of the companies belonging to The MBC, the event was attended by José María Muñoz, Málaga CF’s judicial administrator; José Antonio Ruiz Guerra, advisor at the Entity; Carlos Arias, director of the Business and General Services Department; Alberto Martínez, director of the Financial Department; and Ana Vera, director of the Institutional Relations Department.

José Antonio Ruiz Guerra, advisor, stated that “for Málaga it’s essential to be surrounded by 'top' businesses in the city.” Together with these outstanding companies, the expedition enjoyed an interesting day at the Carpe Diem wineries. Lorena Hernández, director of TESESA, had a chat to the MCFTV cameras about the experience:

“It’s such a pleasure to be invited to the Christmas lunch. This year is a little special as we left Málaga to come to Mollina, where we received such a warm welcome at the Carpe Diem bodega. We’ve seen the process of making wine and toured all their facilities. As always, we enjoy spending time together with the other businesses. These types of events bring us together. It’s important to stay united during these tough times so we can all move forward together.”

Salvador Criado, executive director of FB Intec, affirmed that “this is a family” and invited companies to be part of it, whilst Juan Carlos Narbona, CEO of Narbona Solís, added that “it’s a joy that they can share their Christmas meal here and try the wines we make in Malaga.”
