Málaga CF 21/22 is underway. The start of the pre-season is always a happy day at La Rosaleda. The players were visibly pleased to get back to the routine this Thursday morning, and although they were reunited yesterday for the medical examinations, they can now share the pitch and dressing room with their teammates.
Before the session got underway, judicial administrator José María Muñoz, and sporting director, Manolo Gaspar welcomed the group. They conveyed the Club’s best wishes and reminded the players and coaching staff of the necessary precautions to be taken due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Subsequently, coach José Alberto López also gave a brief speech to everyone present. The called-up players were the same ones who underwent the medical tests yesterday. The long-term injured players remained outside the group. The other players focused on possession work with the ball.
The squad has another training session scheduled for tomorrow, Friday at La Rosaleda’s facilities, kicking off at the same time.
