One of Málaga’s, and indeed Málaga CF’s, particular paradises is the beautiful Costa del Sol town of Benahavís. Club sponsor, featured on the jersey of the Malaguista teams and the usual location for pre-season concentrations, Benahavís will host MCF’s penultimate test before the start of LaLiga SmartBank 19/20.
Following the recent matches played against Algeciras CF (0-0), Córdoba CF (1-1) and RCD Mallorca (0-2), Unión Deportiva Melilla is the penultimate rival before the summer friendlies come to an end on Saturday at the Carranza against Cádiz CF. The North African side, undergoing their pre-season stage in Málaga, yesterday played Atlético Malagueño at the Federación Malagueña ground. The result was a 3-3 draw between the reserve team and Melilla.
