The Club holds Shareholders’ Meeting at La Rosaleda

Málaga Club de Fútbol held its Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting earlier this afternoon in the ‘Juan Cortés’ Press Room at La Rosaleda Stadium.

The Club’s judicial administrator, José María Muñoz chaired the meeting in which Rafael Paniza (Garrigues law firm) acted as secretary under the notarial presence of Manuel Tejuca García. In addition, Muñoz acted as representative of NAS Football and NAS Spain.

Members of the Association of Minority Shareholders, Antonio Aguilera, Jesús Burgos and Francisco Valverde, as well as Málaga CF’s Protocol and Institutional Relations adviser, Francisco Martín Aguilar were also in attendance.

The main agenda point of the meeting, the examination and approval of the Club's Annual Accounts corresponding to the 18/19 season in the period between July 1, 2018 and June 30, 2019.

Within the first point, the audited annual accounts were approved with the vote against the APA and the express reservation of the judicial administrator in regard to the content of said accounts. The second point, in relation to the approval of the management of the previous Board of Directors, the APA voted against and the judicial administrator abstained, not approving the second point of the Ordinary General Meeting of Málaga CF.
