Adrián González speaks to MCFTV about his solitary home training routine. Without losing an ounce of morale or physical pace, the team captain continues training hard.
“To begin with, training at home was going really well, but every day is now a little bit harder. I’m not used to it”, says Adrián, who remains in good shape. “I usually train one and a half to two hours every day, more or less, and do everything the Club sends us. I normally train alone, although sometimes my wife gets involved”, he adds.
His wish, and that of the entire team, is to return to the usual dynamic as soon as possible. “I can’t wait to get back to training with my teammates, to be together again, hopefully it won’t be long now”. The words of the captain.
