Thanks once again, FANS

Málaga CF’s first team carried out an open training session this Friday 3rd January. Around 500 fans cheered on the team in the penultimate session of the week.

In terms of sport, in regard to yesterday’s session, there were barely any changes, except the absence of homegrown player, Cristo. Technical exercises with the ball took centre stage in today’s training, as usual.

Training under the orders of Víctor this morning were goalkeepers; Munir, Kellyan and Gonzalo as well as all first team members minus injured Adrián, Lombán and Keko. The latter, alongside physical trainer, Manu Gestoso, stepped on to the pitch to undergo specific training, whilst the captain and defender remained in the gym. From the reserve team, as well as Keidi and Luis Muñoz, also in today’s session were Hicham and Antoñín plus juveniles Ramón and Ismael.

Around 500 followers, the majority young fans, were present in the stands to watch the team in training and cheer on the lads. Particularly during the entrance and farewell of the players and coaching team, who received great affection from the Malaguistas.

At the end of the session, the players underwent the traditional ball throwing to the fans in the stands who always support the team. They also signed shirts, scarves and other Blue and White merchandise for the supporters.

2020 could not have got off to a better start, with the team and fans united to affront a new year of football. THANKS FANS!
