Víctor Sánchez del Amo’s men carried out the final training session of the week before heading to Asturias to kick off the second round of the league competition at the Carlos Tartiere Stadium against Real Oviedo (Sunday, 21:00). The expedition will depart on a flight to Bilbao at 14:00, to later travel to Oviedo by bus to the team’s concentration hotel.
In terms of sport, for this Saturday morning session VSDA prioritised technical-tactical aspects with the ball on the pitch at Martiricos. Injured Lombán, Keko and Adrián remained in the gym. There was a large presence of homegrown players in this morning’s training, with the new addition of juvenil goalkeeper Adrián Quintela, as well as the usual Kellyan, Ismael, Ramón, Hicham and Antoñín.
