1.1. Everyone that purchases a ‘Malaguista’ membership card is considered a member, according to the conditions and timeframe established by Málaga C.F. S.A.D.
1.2. The price of the ‘Malaguista’ membership card for the 2012/13 season is 40 euros. Málaga CF season ticket holders from 2011/12 who renew their membership for 2012/13 will receive the ‘Malaguista’ membership card automatically and with no extra charge on top of the 2012/13 season ticket.
1.3. The ‘Malaguista’ card is valid for the season to which it relates. For the 2012/13 season, the membership card comes into effect on 4th June 2012 and ends on 31st May 2013. The Club will publish the conditions and time period to renew membership before the expiration date.
1.4. The ‘Malaguista’ membership card is personal and non-transferable, and subject to the rules as stipulated by the Club. The card holder does not have the right to other advantages and benefits, other than those set out in the terms and conditions.
1.5. The purpose of the ‘Malaguista’ membership card is to link the fans to the Club and reward their loyalty, by means of ongoing promotions, prize draws and offers, as referred in the terms and conditions.
1.6. Applicants must be over 18, and young children and teenagers must gain authorisation from a parent or guardian, by completing an authorisation form first. The use of the membership card signifies the knowledge and conformity of the card holder to the rules and regulations as set out herein. Málaga Club de Futbol, S.A.D. reserves the right to accept or reject any application submitted.
1.7. The card is issued by Málaga Club de Fútbol S.A.D. with corresponding number and bar code.
1.8. Málaga Club de Futbol, S.A.D. reserves the right to increase the number of ‘Malaguista’ membership cards offered, depending on public demand.
1.9. The membership card is only valid in establishments listed in this document, who subsequently agree to undertake the various promotions and offers as set out in their respective terms and conditions.
1.10. Málaga Club de Futbol, S.A.D. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any membership card, and change the usage status of the card.
1.11. Málaga Club de Futbol, S.A.D. is not liable for damages of any kind, resulting from the use of the card.
1.12. Málaga Club de Futbol, S.A.D. reserves the right to cancel or change, in whole or in part, the conditions of the membership card. The possible variation or modification of the condition of use of the card will be published on the private members website

2. What advantages does the ‘Malaguista’ membership card have?
The acquisition of the ‘Malaguista’ membership card entitles the card holder to the following benefits, as shown in the terms and conditions set out below:
1. Possibility to acquire season tickets (for the League or Europe), offered by Málaga CF S.A.D, if available.
2. If you were not a member in previous seasons, the ‘Malaguista’ membership card allows direct access to the waiting list for seats in La Rosaleda stadium.
3. A 25% discount on the sale of match tickets for every home game at La Rosaleda., whilst availability lasts.

- Copa del Rey matches
4. Card holders can take advantage of advanced ticket sales. Every Monday and Wednesday before a match at La Rosaleda, or in the case of Copa del Rey or European matches, the Club will advise on the time frame for advanced ticket sales. The dates will be published two weeks before on the private members website.
5. A 10% discount in official Málaga Club de Fútbol stores.
6. Monthly draws with great prizes.
7. The chance to meet Málaga Club de Fútbol players via monthly draws.
8. You will receive an official MCF magazine every three months. The first edition will be published in September.
9. Monthly online magazine containing exclusive audiovisual material.
10. Discounts and special offers in various shops and businesses in Málaga province.
11. Exclusive welcome gift, sent to your home along with the first tri-monthly magazine.
12. ‘Malaguistas’ will have exclusive access to events.
13. Other benefits and privileges in relation to MCF.
3. Terms and Conditions:
3.1. All discounts, offers and promotions associated with the ‘Malaguista’ membership card are personal and non-transferable. Therefore all cards must be presented along with DNI, NIE or passport. Under-18’s who are not in possession of these documents, can present their ‘libro de familia’. Discounts are not valid for use with other offers and promotions.
3.2. Employees of Málaga Club de Fútbol S.A.D., whether in the official stores or any business linked to the promotion, has the right to refuse discounts or offers to any ‘Malaguista’ card holder, if they fail to provide correct identification, according to the terms set out herein.
3.3. Employees of Málaga Club de Fútbol S.A.D., have the right to retain or remove the ‘Malaguista’ card from the holder, in the event of irregular or fraudulent use by the holder and/or owner.
3.4. Discounts on match tickets are not valid with this or other promotions, unless otherwise stated, and the discount can only be applied on the purchase of a maximum of two tickets per match, and per card.
3.5. Málaga Club de Futbol, S.A.D., reserves the right to limit the maximum number of tickets with available discount for each match.
3.6. The number of these discounted tickets available, and the dates they go on sale, will be published two weeks previously on the ‘Malaguista’ website, www.carnemalaguista.malagacf.com, and in the stadium ticket offices. Ticket sales will be carried out as stated herein, on a ‘first come first served’ basis, according to availability.
3.7. Preferential ticket purchase does not guarantee the availability of tickets with a 25% discount. These discounted tickets will be on offer, as stated herein, until the previously published number of said tickets has been sold, as shown in 3.6. above.
3.8. To have the magazine sent to your home, you need to activate the membership card by confirming your details on the private members website www.carnemalaguista.malagacf.com. If you do not have internet access, you have from 1st August until 30th August to activate your card and confirm your details in the ticket offices.
3.9. The ‘Malaguista’ membership card customer service helpline is 902 07 09 12.
3.10. The ‘Malaguista’ card cannot be returned once purchased.
3.11. The 10% discount offered in official stores is not available in the online store.
4. Price:
The ‘Malaguista’ membership card is priced at 40 euros, including IVA, for the 2012/13 season. The price to renew the card, as well as conditions, time period and requirements to do so, will be published by Málaga Club de Fútbol S.A.D. during the 2013/14 membership campaign.
5. Purchase information
The ‘Malaguista’ membership card will be available on the following dates and terms:
- The ‘Malaguista’ membership card will be on sale to the general public from the 4th June. Between 4th June and 30th June: Málaga Club de Fútbol will open a ticket office for the purchase of the card.
- The ‘Malaguista’ membership card will be available in the official Málaga Club de Fútbol S.A.D. online store, and in the Málaga Club de Futbol, S.A.D. ticket offices, to the general public on 4th July.
- The card will be available in official Málaga Club de Fútbol S.A.D. stores and other authorised establishments, from 1st August.
6. Jurisdiction:
To resolve any disputes arising from this agreement, and the terms and conditions, the parties must submit their dispute to the Málaga courts.
7. Data protection:
Málaga Club de Futbol, S.A.D. guarantees the security and confidentiality of all personal data submitted by ‘Malaguista’ membership card holders, and conforms with the Data Protection Act, Law 15/1999, of 13th December. The holder of said card has been informed and expresses their consent (via signature on the application form) that personal information can be used by management of the loyalty card programme, for commercial purposes.
We inform you that the information given by you, will be part of one or several information files, duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, whose ownership and responsibility belongs to Málaga Club de Futbol S.A.D.
This data will be used for the following purposes: statistics; user registration fluctuations; the organisation of services and events; the management of requests and applications; sending newsletters or magazines; advertising products or services; the customization of future purchases and online browsing; sending commercial information, including electronically, of offers and services related to Málaga Club de Fútbol S.A.D., both related to the Club, as well as collaborating third parties.
If you supply personal data, or that of others, via this application form, you express your consent and knowledge of the content supplied in these terms and conditions.
Málaga Club de Fútbol S.A.D will not collect personal information of members under fourteen (14) years of age.

The ‘cookies’ used by the website, or third party acting in its name, only associate themselves with one anonymous user and their computer, and do not provide personal data of the user.
Cookies are files sent to a browser via a web server, to register the browsing history of the website user, when the user grants permission. You can delete cookies at any time, by consulting the instructions of your browser.
By using cookies, Málaga Club de Fútbol S.A.D. can recognise the browser on the user’s computer, to provide content and offer browsing preferences or advertising.
