Tactics and strategy ahead of #MálagaCartagena

Málaga Club de Fútbol resumed training this Sunday morning at La Rosaleda Stadium. The focus was on technical-tactical work on the main Martiricos pitch the day before the match against Cartagena.

The final training session of six this week with all members of the first team available except injured Luis Muñoz, Juande and Genaro.

Natxo González’s focus today was on tactics, practicing attacking plays against defence, mini-matches using three quarters of the pitch and set piece work.

Like on previous days, goalkeeper Dani Strindholm, right-back Benítez, midfielders Ismael Gutiérrez and Dani Lorenzo, winger Kevin and striker Roberto, were the Atlético Malagueño players in first team training this morning.

An activation session will take place tomorrow morning at La Rosaleda’s facilities. Then at 21:00, #MálagaCartagena will get underway, corresponding to matchday 29 of LaLiga SmartBank.
