Tactical work at La Rosaleda before #AtletiMálaga

The Malaguistas were in training for an hour and a half at the Blue and Whites’ stadium. Juankar and Peñaranda exercised separately from the others, under the instruction of the fitness trainer.

The Blue and Whites’ final session before heading to the Spanish capital for tomorrow night’s match against Atlético de Madrid (20:45).

The Malaguista first team players kicked off the day with a brief video session, before stepping on to the pitch at La Rosaleda to begin training. Following the warm-up, Míchel focused on tactical aspects of training and ball possession.

Juankar and Peñaranda trained separately from the group under the orders of fitness trainer, Hugo Camarero. Recio completed the session normally. Homegrown players; Kellyan (goalkeeper), Álex Robles and Mula, regular fixtures in first team training, were also under Míchel’s orders this morning.

The Málaga CF expedition will leave this evening (18:10) on the AVE to Madrid. The team will remain at Hotel Meliá Castilla before the match against Atlético de Madrid.
