The team returned to training this morning at La Rosaleda Stadium. The starting players from the match against Burgos CF yesterday exercised in the gym, whilst the subs and non-called-up players were in training at the Annexe.
A recovery session got underway at 10:30 for the players in action from the start of #MálagaBurgosCF, who stayed in the stadium’s interior galleries.
At La Rosaleda’s Annexe, the rest of the players not in Mel’s starting-11 carried out a normal session. With a player number over ‘25’, under the coach’s orders today was Loren Zúñiga; Cristian, Andrés Caro and Rafa were in action with Atlético Malagueño.
Ramón gradually reincorporated into the group, whilst Genaro and Escassi, plus homegrown players Víctor Olmo, Moussa and Haitam continued with their respective recoveries outside the group. ‘Juvenil’ goalkeeper Izan Coulibaly was in first team training this morning.
Málaga CF have a day of rest tomorrow, Monday and will return to training on Tuesday at 18:00 at La Rosaleda’s Annexe.
