State of the pitch leads to San Miguel’s ‘Partido Más Especial’ being postponed
The non-optimal resistance of the pitch, following the change of turf at La Rosaleda this summer, forces the event to be postponed again.
San Miguel’s ‘Partido Más Especial’ will unfortunately have to wait, due to the latest report on the pitch at La Rosaleda, that discourages “overuse and stress for the positive evolution” of the field of play.
San Miguel, official sponsor of the Club, always tries to ensure fans enjoy unique experiences within professional football. Visiting a LaLiga stadium, shooting a penalty in front of 20,000 fans, or travelling with the first team, are just some of the dreams San Miguel have made come true in past seasons together with Málaga CF.
The recent re-seeding, and non-positive evolution of the pitch this summer means the ‘Partido Más Especial’, which will bring together some 600 participants to La Rosaleda, has to be postponed. As soon as the optimal state of the pitch has been confirmed, fans will be informed of the definitive date of the event.
Málaga CF regrets this delay, apologies to fans for the inconvenience, and thanks San Miguel for its commitment to the Club and the Malaguista supporters.
