Goal-scorer

“Playing and being able to help the team is very important, more so with a goal. The rival was very tough, although we made several approaches, but it wasn’t until the last minute we were able to score again and seal the match. It’s very important to keep scoring goals and maintain a clean sheet”.

League break

“The break has both positive and negative sides. We can work more tactically and physically, and face the Granada game in the best possible way”.

Furthermore, Blue and Whites’ goalkeeper, Chelsea also talks about this win, and highlights the good atmosphere in the dressing room of the Blue and Whites’ women’s team.

Clean sheet

“Ensuring we don’t concede a goal is both my job and the team’s. I’m there to defend the goal, and am delighted we’ve kept a clean sheet. I’m very happy with this result”.

Teammwork

“From the goal, I see a very competitive team. It’s long been known that there are great players who are there to help and step on to the pitch if something isn’t working right. The team is very united, we’re a family. We have an objective we’re all clear about, and we work with humility every day”.

Next rival: Granada

“The break will allow us to relax and clear our minds of all the pressure. The clash with Granada is just another match. We know what we want, as do they. If the team stays united and works the same way as we’ve done since day one of the pre-season, we can win”.
