The Peña Malaguista de San Pedro, in collaboration with the Málaga CF Foundation, organised an event in this beautiful town on the Costa del Sol, attended by Ángelo, Almagro and Álvaro Silva. Three former Malaguista players from Marbella who together accumulated over 200 matches with CD Málaga, Atlético Malagueño and Málaga CF.
After the presentation of the former players, MCF Foundation historian Domingo Muñoz talked a little bit about each of them, featuring stats and facts about their respective football careers.
The guests then watched the documentary about the 80th anniversary of La Roslaeda, featuring the voices of Javier Ojeda and La Nieta del Dulcero, covering the eight decades of the Blue and White stadium.
Following the screening, a round table was held, moderated by MCF Foundation coordinator, Lucas Rodríguez, during which the former players answered a series of questions about their experiences as Malaguistas, with La Rosaleda and the recently deceased Antonio Benítez as the main protagonists of the discussion.
Flying the flag of Malaguismo in San Pedro on what was a great day for everyone involved.
