Ruud Van Nistelrooy, interviewed by MCF-TV

Málaga CF’s Dutch forward, Ruud Van Nistelrroy, was the star of the latest interview by MCF-TV, a sports channel that broadcasts on www.malagacf.com and YouTube.

The career of Málaga’s number ‘9’, considered one of the best forwards in European football history, is undoubtedly impressive.  The international man of reference has scored 35 goals in 70 matches since 1998 with the team that finished second in the last World Cup.  On a club level, his CV of titles, divided into countries, is as follows:
2 Eredivisie and 2 Supercopas in Holland with PSV Eindhoven; 1 Premier League, 1 English Cup, 1 Community Shield and 1 Carling Cup in England with Manchester United; and in Spain, 2 First Division Leagues and 1 Supercopa with Real Madrid.

This all makes Van Nistelrroy a legend in modern football.  He’s the second highest goal scorer in Champions League history, after his friend and ex-teammate, Raúl González, and for two season he was top scorer in the highest competition on the continent. And the ‘Pichichi’ (highest goalscorer) in three leagues where he’s developed the greatest part of his long career, that’s, Holland, England and Spain.  At Málaga, he’s helped bump up the 342 goals scored in official matches since arriving on the Costa del Sol from Hamburg last summer.
