Ruth renews with Femenino

The Malaguista defender is one of the players on the squad who enjoyed the most minutes for two consecutive seasons. Malagueña and Malaguista, the young Blue and White player will remain with the Club for the 2019/20 season.

Ruth Acedo Pino (15/11/2000), Ruth, has renewed for another season with Málaga CF Femenino and will defend the Blue and White shield for the 2019/20 campaign.

The central defender has been in the starting line-up in 26 out of 30 games in Liga Iberdrola and played the most minutes on the squad during the season in Second Division when the team achieved promotion.

Ruth arrived at Málaga CF at 13 years old in the youth ranks. Her evolution as a footballer has led to her experiencing a promotion with the Málaga CF Femenino first team and competing in Liga Iberdrola for an entire season at just 17 years of age.

New Malaguista coach, José Herrera will count on the services of the defender for the upcoming season in the women’s silver division.

This weekend’s fixture ended in a draw for Atlético Malagueño against CD El Ejido 2012, whilst Nacho’s Juvenil A claimed their third win out of three. In 7-a-side football there was a full house of victories.

BeSoccer hosts the presentation of Femenino in Reto Iberdrola

Women’s first team players, Adriana Martín, Pamela González and Ana Buceta represented the team, accompanied by Blue and White coach, José Herrera. For another year, the headquarters of Málaga CF’s technological partner was the chosen location to present the new season for the Malaguista squad.
