Senegal have booked a place in the semi-finals of the Africa Cup. Aliou Cissé’s team defeated Benin on Wednesday by 1-0. The goal from midfielder, Everton Gueye (70’) gave the ‘Lions of Teranga’ a pass to the penultimate round of the African competition.
Malaguista Alfred N’Diaye wasn’t able to play in this important victory for his national team due to injury discomfort.
