Return to training with the defenders back in action

The Malaguistas completed the first training session of the week this Tuesday evening at the Annexe, with the partial incorporations of Lombán and Cristo.

This evening’s training session at the Annexe kicked off the working week. A session that featured the presence of defenders, Lombán and Cristo who completed the first part of training at the same pace as the group, within a gradual reincorporation that was complemented by continuous running.

Those who played more than 45 minutes of the match against Las Palmas, as well as Julio, who also played with the reserve team, underwent recovery training following the group warm-up. Luis Muñoz, with a strain to the left hamstring, Ismael Casas with a strain to the left adductor and Caye with a sprained right ankle, carried out specific training.

Benkhemassa continued with his recovery from a strain to the right hamstring; as well as Orlando with an injury to the adductor in his right hip; Joaquín with an injury to the anterior rectus of the right quadriceps; Hicham, with a muscular injury to the anterior rectus of the left quadriceps; and Juan Cruz with a right knee sprain.

Another training session is scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday at the Annexe, getting underway at the usual time of 10am.
