Following yesterday’s rest day, Pellicer’s men began their second training session of the week at the Annexe at 09:30. The session opened with a tactical talk and physical work, followed by mainly technical-tactical drills with the ball, as is usual.
At his disposal were 21 players plus goalkeepers Alfonso Herrero, Carlos López, and reserve-team keeper Andrés Céspedes. Jauregi once again trained with the group, while Haitam Abaida rejoined partially and progressively.
During the session, Álex Pastor left training due to discomfort in his right knee; medical tests and monitoring of his progress are pending. Moussa and Ramón trained separately in the gym, while Luismi rested.
Tomorrow, Thursday, Málaga CF will train at 18:30 at La Rosaleda Stadium’s facilities.
