Rainy morning session with a match against Malagueño
Málaga CF took part in a training match this Thursday morning against Atlético Malagueño. Mel and Funes rehearsed real match situations on La Rosaleda’s main pitch.
Following the usual warm-up, after 10:30 MCF and Malagueño played a training match on the entire pitch at La Rosaleda Stadium on this rainy morning, until after 12:00.
Juande, after feeling physical discomfort, underwent tests that determined a hamstring injury in his right leg (pending evolution). Meanwhile, Esteban Burgos remained in the gym and is progressing well from the slight sprain to his left ankle. Gallar and Ramón also received specific treatment outside the group.
N’Diaye completed his third session within the group dynamic, whilst Cristian abandoned the match, as a precaution, due to discomfort pending an MRI (tomorrow) in the right adductor.
Haitam Abaida is awaiting surgery. Andrés Caro, Murillo, Víctor Olmo and Moussa continued with their respective recoveries, along with Adrián (not registered).
Málaga CF will resume training tomorrow at 10:30 at La Rosaleda.
