Málaga CF’s first team was in training this Friday morning at the Ciudad de Málaga’s facilities. The players began with a video session and the usual warm-up in the stadium’s interior galleries. They subsequently stepped on to the main pitch to undergo specific exercises using the ball, under incessant rainfall.

Sandro and Fede Ricca went out on to the field of play, under the instruction of fitness trainer, Hugo Camarero for the final half hour of the session, to undergo continuous running. Juankar, Luis Muñoz and Recio continued with their recovery processes in the gym this morning.

Tomorrow, Saturday from 10:00, Málaga CF will be in training at La Rosaleda, for the pre-match session ahead of Sunday’s clash with Villarreal CF.
