Málaga CF’s first team trained this Thursday morning on the main pitch at La Rosaleda. As has been the case throughout the week, Pellicer had 24 players working at full intensity.
The day began with a video session in the club’s ‘Juan Cortés’ press room. Afterwards, the team moved on to activation and physical exercises, group rounds, technical-tactical work, and small-sided games on three-quarters of the pitch, the first time on the stadium’s pitch this preseason.
There were 21 players plus goalkeepers Carlos López, Andrés Céspedes, and Lucas Jiménez under the coach’s direction. Meanwhile, outside the main squad, Alfonso Herrero, Jauregi, Ramón, Haitam, and Moussa continued their individual recovery processes in the gym.
Tomorrow, Friday, at 19:00, the team will return to training at La Rosaleda facilities on the eve of the Costa del Sol Cup, which they will play on Saturday against Real Betis Balompié.
