It was a rainy morning of training today on the main pitch at the Federación Malagueña de Fútbol ground. The weather conditions were very characteristic of Asturias, where Málaga CF will face Real Sporting on Sunday.
The hour and a half-long session kicked-off at 10:30 with a focus on physical activation with the ball followed by work to improve specific tactical mechanisms of play.
Sekou Gassama completed the exercises at the same pace as his teammates, including Luis Muñoz and Ismael Casas, who have been in training at full pace all week.
Haitam remained absent with a viral infection, whilst Chavarría worked in the gym along with Hicham.
Tomorrow, Saturday the final session of the week will get underway at 10:30 at the Federación Malagueña de Fútbol ground. Then coach José Alberto López will hold a press conference at the 'Juan Cortés' press room at La Rosaleda, before the team heads to Asturias.
