At 10:30, Sergio Pellicer’s players took to the Annexe pitch. Physical activation, group rounds, small-sided ball exercises, and tactical work were the focus of the day.
It was Joaquín’s third consecutive session with the group, while Niño, Puga, Ramón, Moussa, and the long-term injured Luismi and Pastor continued to train separately. The list of absences was completed by internationals Izan Merino (Spain U-20) and Aaron Ochoa (Ireland U-19).
In regard to homegrown players, goalkeeper Jorge trained alongside Alfonso Herrero and Carlos López, focusing on goalkeeping work, in addition to the regulars Recio and Rafita.
Tomorrow, Saturday, Málaga CF will return to training at La Rosaleda’s facilities at 18:30.
