Peñaranda will join Venezuela in the U-20 World Cup

The Malaguista striker will represent the Club in the FIFA U-20 World Cup, taking place between 20th May and 11th June, in the Korea Republic.

Adalberto Peñaranda will form part of the 21 players selected by ‘Vinotinto’ coach, Rafael Dudamel, ahead of the forthcoming U-20 World Cup in Korea Republic. The player is scheduled to leave on Sunday 7th May to join Venezuela, focusing the last phase of preparations in Italy.

The match calendar for Venezuelan’s under-20s, in Group B, in the first stage of the tournament is the following:

  • 20th May: Venezuela – Germany
  • 23rd May: Venezuela – Vanuatu
  • 26th May: Mexico – Venezuela
