The central defender has extended his contract with the Blue and Whites by a further two years and will remain at the Club until the end of the 2027/28 season.
Álex Pastor will continue to be part of Málaga Club de Fútbol until 30th June 2028 after extending his contract by two more seasons.
The player is still in the process of recovering from the long-term injury he suffered at the end of last August and is currently training at La Rosaleda under the supervision of the first-team medical staff.
After signing for Málaga CF for the 2024/25 season from FC Andorra and completing a strong first campaign on an individual level, with 31 appearances in LALIGA HYPERMOTION (28 as a starter and 2,436 minutes played) plus one match in the Copa del Rey, Pastor, due to his injury, was only able to feature in two further league games in the current 2025/26 season.
As such, the Club has renewed its trust in a young (26-year-old) yet proven player who, when available, has delivered excellent performances at the heart of Málaga’s defence. Both Club and player will continue their journey together until 2028, with the ambition of continuing to grow and achieve new goals, both individually and collectively.
Málaga Club de Fútbol highlights not only Álex Pastor’s sporting value, but also his commitment, professionalism, and strong sense of belonging since his arrival at La Rosaleda.
