It felt as though something out of the ordinary was happening in Pizarra, a town of little more than 9,000 inhabitants, in the Town Hall square surrounded by thousands of residents and a dozen media professionals. A Blue and White tide flooded the streets. The king had arrived…the king…the king of Pizarra, Dani Pacheco.
This is no exaggeration. After forming part of major teams on the continent such as FC Barcelona and Liverpool, at last Pacheco is finally back home, at last he’s a Málaga CF player. Hence his great reception; a welcome in the plenary hall of the old Town Hall in Pizarra, press conference and after donning the Blue and White shirt for the first time and having a kick-about, he signed autographs to the many fans who crowded around the great Dani Pacheco.
In addition, Pacheco was accompanied by Club advisers Antonio Benítez, Abdullah Ben Barek and Francisco Martín Aguilar, whilst during the press conference he was escorted by Caminero.
