Notable third place in the London Cup

Málaga CF’s Infantil B claimed an excellent third place in the London Champions Cup held over the weekend.

The Blue and White second Infantil team competed very well in England, reaching third place and enjoying a great experience during the pre-season.

In the group stage, Málaga CF defeated Reading (0-8), Wimbledon (0-4) and Southampton (0-5). In the semi-finals, Swedish side, Sollentuna beat the Malaguistas (2-1), who again defeated Southampton (0-3) to claim bronze in the consolation final.

A good touchstone in this prestigious international tournament for the Infantil team, who will kick off the 19/20 season in the middle of September, in the Grupo Único of Málaga’s 2ª Andaluza Infantil.
