Yesterday, Thursday 28th July, a new agreement was signed, which will be in force until the competition calendar comes to an end in the upcoming season.
The parties concluded the negotiations with an agreement that consolidates the working conditions of the Entity's employees, incorporating improvements in terms of hours and salaries from the current month of July (increase of 5%) and in January 2023 (increase of 3%).
Representatives of Málaga CF staff and the CCOO (Workers' Commissions) are satisfied with the new collective agreement, which will help compensate for the salary reductions of the workforce during the ERE (Employment Regulation File) and the acquisitive loss due to economic inflation.
In addition, Málaga Club de Fútbol highly values an agreement that gives more value, if possible, to the daily effort made by employees in each and every one of our departments.
