The Málaga CF squad congratulated first team coach Juan Ramón López Muñiz on his 50th birthday. Following the brief celebrations on the pitch at the Annexe, the Blue and Whites started work. Homegrown players Keidi, Juande, Álex Robles, Kellyan (goalkeeper) and regular fixtures Iván Rodríguez and Hicham were in training with the first team this Friday morning.
Cifu, Juankar, Harper and Mula remained in the gym as they continue with their respective recoveries. Diego González (discomfort to left leg) and Bouhlaroud (flu) also trained in the gym this morning.
At 14:30 the team will depart for Zaragoza on the AVE train, from where they’ll travel by coach to Pamplona ahead of Saturday’s match against the Reds (18:00).
