Representing the Málaga CF first team, Munir, together with Blanco Leschuk, attended the presentation of Tesesa as the Club’s main sponsor. Following the event, the Blue and Whites’ goalkeeper attended to the media.

“We couldn’t have got off to a better start, the team is doing a great job which is reflected on the pitch. These six points have been very good for us as we need to improve things, but it’s far better to do so with points under our belt”.
National team
“The national team coach understands my position and knows I have to be here to help the team. I therefore requested, for the time being, that I can play against Almería. During the season we’ll try on other occasions that aren’t so important for the national team to resolve the situation”.
National team and Málaga CF
“The coaching team and sports management have always supported me, they were aware of my situation. For my part, I will also try and help as much as possible, I’ll speak to the federation and with the national team to see if I’m able to stay. I’ll put Málaga first. However, this match is important, it’s a qualifier”:

“The truth is it was incredible. It was our first home game and the sensations were unbeatable. When the team needed it, the fans supported us. During the season there’ll be some difficult times and we’ll need everyone’s support to get through it. Especially at home, which is crucial in this category”.
Goalkeeper
“I believe that in the end it’s the Club’s decision. If another goalkeeper arrives he’ll be welcome as he’ll come to help which will be good for the group”.
