Morning training sees the return of En-Nesyri

Málaga CF was back in training this Thursday morning at the Ciudad de Málaga stadium, with the reincorporation of Youssef En-Nesyri, and the absence of the four South American internationals.

Following an initial warm-up in the stadium’s interior galleries, the team underwent continuous running, exercises using the ball followed by stretching work, on this cloudy morning.

Kameni, Boyko, and reserve team goalkeeper, Sam Casado focused on specific training, under the orders of Paco Ruiz, whilst the rest of the first team players trained at full pace, including homegrown central defender, Luis Muñoz.  Aarón, Ontiveros and Kuki Zalazar, on the other hand, underwent physical recovery work at a less intense level, following yesterday’s match with Atlético Malagueño in El Palo.

South American internationals, Juanpi, Mikel, Rosales and Ricca were absent, whilst Koné and En-Nesyri (newly re-incorporated) resumed normal training.  With regard to the injured players, Recio, Weligton, Charles and Keko remained in the gym to undergo recovery training.  Kuzmanovic was the only injured player to step on to the pitch for a light running session.

Tomorrow, Friday from 10:30, the Blue and Whites will return to training at the Ciudad de Málaga.
