Morning session in groups

The Blue and Whites returned to training this Friday morning at La Rosaleda’s Annexe, divided into two groups. Another session is scheduled for this afternoon at the same location.

Today's training session was divided into two groups, one started at 09:30 and the other at 10:00, consisting of the Course Navette test or resistance test, in which the players' endurance is tested in 20-metre shuttle races.

Ramón, Moussa and Haitam carried out specific work in the interior galleries of Martiricos as they continue with their respective recovery processes. Also in training with the first team today were Andrés Céspedes (goalkeeper), Izan Merino, Antoñito Cordero, Aaron Ochoa and Chupete from The MCF Academy.

The players will return to training at La Rosaleda this afternoon from 19:00 for the second session of the day. Tomorrow's training will kick off at 09:30.
