Málaga Club de Fútbol first team players Nacho Monreal and Seba Fernández, visited the ‘Ciudad de los Niños’ recently, in finca Los Asperones.
Residents of the ‘Ciudad de los Niños’ in Málaga were very pleased to see Monreal and Seba when they visited the centre. The players spent time with around 20 children under 12, chatting, signing autographs, and also had a tour of the centre. They brought in educational and sports material from the Club for the children, as well as giving them 5 custom bikes on behalf of Málaga CF.
Seba and Monreal spoke to the children about the importance of sport in personal development. “It teaches you a lot of things”, said the striker. “You learn how to work as a team, and it shapes the kind of person you are, but it’s also important to study to open up possibilities in the future”, continued the left back.
The children loved seeing Seba and Monreal, marking an unforgettable moment for the residents of ‘Ciudad de los Niños’.
