MCF’s ‘Infantil Autonómico’ are League champions

Málaga Club de Fútbol’s ‘Infantil Autonómico’ were declared champions of their category last weekend, after they defeated relegation-fighting Roquetas by seven goals to two.

Javier Morán’s team achieved an excellent result in Almeria, coupled with a fantastic season – the only Andalucían team to remain undefeated and with a record number of points.  “These are other objectives that define a team, but the main thing, more important than winning the League, is the progression of the boys, as a result of their continuous hard work and dedication, which will enable them to move forward”, says a proud Javier.

“We always focus on the teams’ improvement, and learning new skills which they apply to the matches; speed, resistance, controlling situations etc.  We work towards the development of the boys’ physical aspects, which are constantly changing at this age, together with the emotional and physical development, to complete the overall training”, continued the coach.

As well as Javier Morán, Málaga Club de Fútbol’s ‘Infantil Autonómico’ is also coached by Alberto Párraga (second coach), Rodolfo González (team manager) and Guillermo Fernández (equipment manager).

The Málaga team still has another two months of competition left, with another League match before the end of the season, and the Andalucían Championship taking place at the beginning of June in Villanueva de la Concepción.

Congratulations champions!
