MCF Foundation wins Andalucía + Social 2022 Award

The Andalusian teams of LaLiga Genuine Santander were recognised in the Andalucía + Social 2022 Awards for good practice in caring for people with disabilities.

What a big day for the MCF Foundation. Málaga Genuine, made up of players from the Supercapacitad@s School, have been recognised, along with the rest of the Andalusian teams participating in LaLiga Genuine Santander, with the Andalucía + Social 2022 award for good practice in caring for people with disabilities. This year marks the fourth edition of this event organised by the Ministry of Equality, Social Policies and Conciliation at the Junta de Andalucía.

The MCF Foundation, represented by coordinator, Lucas Rodríguez, Sebastián Cervantes “Basti” from the Social Department and Málaga Genuine player, Cristian Escaño attended the Andalucía + Social 2002 Awards ceremony, held at the Teatro Central in Sevilla on Tuesday.

The Councillor for Equality, Social Policies and Conciliation at the Junta de Andalucía, Rocío Ruiz, was in charge of presenting the Andalucía + Social Award for good practice in caring for people with disabilities to the Andalusian LaLiga Genuine Santander teams. Fundación LaLiga coordinator, Juan Carlos Santamaría accepted the award, together with Malaguista player Cristian Escaño, accompanied by representatives from UD Almería, Cádiz CF, Córdoba CF, Granada CF, Real Betis and Sevilla FC.
