A high-stakes match in Segunda División Nacional Femenina Group IV. Málaga CF Femenino is travelling to Huelva to take part in matchday 8 of the competition against Sporting de Huelva ‘A’.
The Blue and Whites arrive as group leaders with 19 points, having defeated AD FB La Rambla by 1-0 in the last match held in Cártama. They are up against Huelva’s reserve team – second in the rankings with 18 points – who will be trying to make up for the defeat by Granada CF last weekend.
For this match, Antonio Contreras has called-up 16 players, in which the name of Paula Fernández stands out. Following an internship in Albania with Spain’s under-19s, she returns to the line-up in place of Adriana Martín, who misses this match due to sanction.
The match between the top two teams is taking place at Campo Federativo de La Orden, kicking off at 12.15 on Sunday 5th November.
