Match preview: #LeganésMálaga

Málaga CF are heading to Madrid to face CD Leganés on matchday 41 of LaLiga SmartBank. Kick-off is on Monday at Estadio Municipal de Butarque at 21:00 (Movistar LaLiga).

The Malaguistas, in 15th place in the standings with 50 points, are away to the Madrid-based outfit with 67 points and in 3rd place, occupying the promotion playoff positions to LaLiga Santander.

Rubén Ávalos Barrera from Catalonia will be officiating. Up to now he has refereed five Málaga CF games, all in LaLiga SmartBank and at La Rosaleda. The Malaguista results are one victory and four defeats. At the helm of the VAR is Iosu Galech Apezteguía from Navarra.
