Málaga’s last training session before they head to Brussels
Málaga CF underwent their final training session in the Ciudad de Málaga Athletics Stadium this morning, before they leave for Brussels tomorrow where they’ll face Anderlecht in their second Champions League match on Wednesday.
Manuel Pellegrini’s men focused on continuous running in today’s session, followed by stretching, rounds, various physical exercises and goal shooting practice. The players from Saturday’s match against Betis had a less intense session than the rest of the group. Toulalan, Baptista and Buonanotte continue with their recovery, the latter working on the pitch alongside trainer Hugo Camarero. Reserve players, Pol and Fabrice trained with the first team today.
The team leaves Málaga aiport for Belgium at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow, and has a training session scheduled for 7 p.m.
