The Diputación de Málaga paid tribute to Málaga CF Femenino at the Sports Gala on 13th June within the framework of ‘More sport, more women’, which the provincial body is promoting to encourage more women to practice sport and for their achievements to be recognised.
Members of the Malaguista team, Chelsea, Encarni, Cristina Postigo and Alba Hoyas collected the award, together with Málaga CF advisers, Francisco Martín Aguilar and Abdallah Ben Barek, and team coordinator, Mario Rueda.
In addition, the Diputación recognised Club Atlético Málaga on the 20th anniversary of winning the treble.
