The first day is always very special. The reunion between teammates, wearing the new kit for the first time, the first chats…The Blue and White squad gathered at the Federación Malagueña ground for their first day of the 22/23 pre-season.

Monday morning began with the routine medical tests. The players underwent the footprint measurement, body composition and analysis. They then donned their kit and moved on to the pitch for an intense morning session. During this first contact, coach Pablo Guede introduced several tactical aspects that he will demand of his players in the regular season.

The players on the pitch were: Luis Muñoz, Escassi, Chavarría, Genaro, Gonzalo, Loren, Roberto, Cristo, Ramón, Jozabed, Kevin and Peybernes, new signings Manolo Reina and Bustinza, and homegrown players Haitam, Arturo, Murillo, Dani Lorenzo, Álex Rico, Larrubia, Andrés Caro, Arriaza, Carlos López, Víctor Olmo and Issa Fomba.

For their part, Juande, Javi Jiménez, Mousa and Adrián López (not registered) trained outside the group in the gym, and later moved on to the pitch accompanied by physical trainer, Toni Tapia.

Another training session is scheduled for this afternoon.
