LaLiga has announced that the measure will come into effect as from tomorrow, Monday 18th May. The Blue and Whites will undergo an active recovery session on that day and kick off phase 3 of training on Tuesday.
The Professional Football League has published, through an informative circular, everything in relation to the Orden SND 414/2020, referring to the measures related to group training (Phase 3) protocol, which determines the return to group training for LaLiga teams.
As such, according to the order of transition towards a new normal, sports clubs or Public Limited Sports Companies may carry out medium-level training, which will consist of individual physical and technical tasks, as well as tactical training in small groups of players. This refers to a maximum of 10 players, maintaining the pertinent two-metre distance and avoiding situations involving physical contact.
These tasks will be carried out within the enabled facilities. This is at La Rosaleda, in the case of Málaga Club de Fútbol, and training will be undertaken in shifts so as to avoid exceeding 30% capacity of the facilities.
Furthermore, coaches and essential staff may attend these sessions, maintaining the general prevention and hygiene measures against COVID-19.
