Málaga CF Esports, a team of Champions

Eleven Gods and Málaga CF have reached an agreement whereby the club specialising in the popular FIFA videogame will represent the Entity in prestigious national and international Esports tournaments.

Málaga Club de Fútbol remains committed to a game that has millions of followers all over the world. This season, thanks to the agreement with UCAM Esports, the Club debuted in eLaLiga Santander in FIFA 21 with the charismatic Pablo Brutaker, competing against the best First and Second Division teams.

In this case, MCF joins forces with Eleven Gods, a competitive Esports Club founded in 2018, specialising in FIFA. It does so under the VFO format (Spain), VPG (international) and through Matchapp (Spanish cup tournament), in a 'Pro' club mode in which 11 players face 11 at the same time.

Pedro Bazán, the grandson of the historic CD Málaga ‘pichichi’, member of the coaching team of an MCF Academy ‘Alevín’ team and avid Malaguista follower, is the manager of the Eleven Gods team that will represent Málaga CF, and is playing the second season of the ACF Champions League Pro after finishing in second place in the Spanish league. Málaga CF Esports is in Group 6 of the competition together with CD Marítimo Esports, DFCO Esport and Esperance Sportive de Tunis.

The Blue and Whites’ European journey kicked off in April (VPG) with a 0-2 victory and a 1-1 draw against the Tunisian outfit Esperance, and the same will take place in Spain (VFO and Matchapp). Málaga CF Esports matches will soon be available to watch on Málaga Club de Fútbol’s new Twitch channel.

Málaga are again in the Champions. Don’t miss it!
